LCM Practical Results & Update

To start off, I want to say well done to all students who have just received their LCM Practical Exam results, we had a great session with some of you even beating your earlier Grade marks. I am very proud of all of you. All the results are now posted in the ‘Results Page’ so feel free to go and have a look.

We are still waiting for the LCM Theory Results to come through, and I will post/call you all when they do.

We are now (believe it or not) getting close to the summer exam session closing date, so if anyone else wishes to do there theory exam on June 19th, please could you let me know before Thursday 29th April. The practical LCM deadline is now at an end, no one else can now be entered.

Results!

Well the ABRSM theory results are now in, well done to everyone who took the exam, I am one VERY PROUD teacher!

I have been told that the LCM practical results are in the process of being released, so all students who did the exam expect a phone call from me very soon!

The LCM theory exam is taking place this Wednesday 14th April 2010, it is being held in Selston Parish Hall at 2pm, everyone who is doing the exam should by now have a map, if not please give me a call and I will try & get one for you.

Exams

Well the exams are coming up fast, in fact, by the time this post has been e-mailed out, some of you should already have done your exams. So for all students who did the exams (Sat 27th March AM) WELL DONE!!! I’m sure you’ve done superb. For all the students who will soon be doing the exams (Sat 27th March PM) GOOD LUCK!!! I’m sure you’ll all do great!

Update

Hi All,

Well, its been a long time since my last post, so here goes with all the updates!

1. It is now confirmed that the LCM Practical Exams will be taking place on Saturday 27th March, for all students doing their exam I will give you your individual times during your lessons.

2. All Theory Exam students have been entered in for the examination, we are still waiting for a confirmed location of that exam, but I will post the details as soon as I have them.

3. For everyone who did their exam in the Winter Session, again superb results! Your Certificates have now arrived and I will pass them on during your lessons.

4. For everyone doing their ABRSM Theory Exam on Thursday (4th March) GOOD LUCK! Please don’t forget the exam is taking place at Fernwood School NOT Bramcote B & E School where the previous exam was.

5. We have come to the decision that owing to the stress & strain (and of course JOY!) of the Christmas Concert we will no longer be doing the Winter Exam Session with either ABRSM or LCM.

6. The new LCM Keyboard Syllabus is due out in early 2011, but for everyone planning to do their Exam in the Spring (March) Session of 2011 don’t panic, we can still use the previous Syllabus for that Session.

Well I think that’s about it for now, I will try to post more regular updates.

Spring Exams

Hi All,

Well the spring exam session is getting closer. I have requested Saturday 27th March as the date, and I hope you will all be able to attend that day. I will let you all know if we get that date.

Of course there is also the Theory Exam coming up, it is being held on Wednesday 14th April, I will again let you all know the location of the exam when I receive the details.
