As you all know the Music School is currently closed for the Holiday’s, we will re-open on Tuesday 3rd January at 9am. Here is a list of important dates for your 2012 Calendars.

Guinea Pigs!

Hi Everyone!

Avalon Guinea Pig Rescue is on Radio Nottingham today @ 3.20pm, trying to raise funds and re-home guinea pigs! They have had 60 more come in!!! You may see this post too late to listen, however, you can still help by giving a donation through out Christmas Concert, as the Avalon Centre is our chosen charity!

Buy an entrance ticket (£5) & come see everyone play, then buy a raffle ticket (£1 a strip) as all profit is being donated to the Avalon Centre to try & help!

If you are thinking of getting an animal, why not consider a guinea pig! They are loving social animals that will chat away to you while you care for them. They are incredibly intelligent little things. And I can guarantee they will bring a smile to your face! Here’s a link to the website for information on how to adopt a piggy!!

Been A While!

Well it has been a while since my last post. We’ve had all the exams once again, just the wait for the results now!

There hasn’t been much in the way of news, hence the lack of posting.

However, I have decided to have some time off in August for a little Holiday, so the Music School will be closed between 17th & 21st August. Lessons will finish on Tuesday 16th August 2011. They will then re-start on Monday 22nd August 2011. For all exam students, if I get your results during these dates don’t panic, I will still call you with your marks.

Now to the normal stuff, the next exam session. The deadline for entries is Saturday  1st October. This means that all decisions and fees need to be with myself on or before the 26th September. For students not sure whether to take their exam in the winter session we will have a talk in your lessons.

More Updates & A Quick Reminder

Hi Everyone,

I  have spent the afternoon going through the website and making some small & some large adjustments. We have some new question & answers, some new photo’s (Hopefully more to come as well) and a few changes to lesson payment option. I will no longer be excepting cheques for less than £22 (two lessons). Anyway have a look through and see what you think.

Also a quick reminder to all students who pay monthly for lessons, it is the 1st May this sunday so fees will be due again as of then.

Have a great Bank Holiday and don’t forget that we are closed Friday 29th April (Royal Wedding) & Monday 2nd May (Bank Holiday).
